Team Staff Evaluation Survey

As the season comes to an end, it is time to start our planning for next year.  We are looking for input from our members for evaluation of our team staff from the 2013-2014 season.  We have created an online anonymous survey and we are asking you complete the survey for each of the team staff memebers from your team.  Your feedback will be imperative for us to continue to provide a positive environment for our children to play.  It is a great tool to help the excutive and the team staff target areas for improvement.  Please follow the link below.
