The Hockey Canada Risk and Safety Program is a development initiative of Hockey Canada and is a volunteer saftey program. The Hockey Canada web site has a wealth of information on this subject and is a must have resource for all trainers and volunteers involved in hockey safety.
The Hockey Canada Safety Requires Teamwork Information Guide is an information guide to Hockey Canada's Risk Management and National Insurance Programs. The Hockey Canada Injury Report form is available in this guide for trainers.
