Power Skating!

At APMHA we strive to offer clinics and programs  to help develop our players in house at an affordable cost to parents.  We are very excited to offer in house power skating this season.  We have 3 coaches that have volunteered their time to run these sessions (Daryl Doxsee, Steve Darou and Dan Neil)  All 3 coaches have extensive hockey experience either coaching or playing at an elite level.  The goal of this program will be to correct bad skating habits and continue to develop  the basic skillset of skating. This program is designed for a novice-peewee age, however very strong IP skaters could join as well as bantam or midget players that wish to work on skating.

 

 ****Please note this is NOT a learn to skate program and players need to be able to keep up and complete the drills in a timely manner. 

 

Cost: $100 for 10 sessions.

Dates : Dec 5, 12, 19. Jan 9, 16, 23, 30. Feb 6, 13, 20 from 5-6 pm at Almonte Arena

Registration:  spaces are limited and registration will be on a first come first served basis.  Email president@apmha.org to reserve your spot.
