Sept. 20 DEADLINE for APMHA Coaches Application

Final deadline for sumbissions of applications for Head Coach and Assistant Coach Positions is September 20, 2012.

When you submit your application please include the following:  
Coaches application
Code of fair play
Police check
Proof of Risk in Sport (formely known as Speak Out)  
Applicaitons must be submitted prior to sort outs to be considered for a coaching position.  

Applications and forms can be submitted by email to  Director of Coach Development,  Mark Munro at dir.coach.dev@apmha.org

If you are unable to submit by email, please contact Mark Munro to arrange to drop them off.
