New Fundraising Program for teams!

Hello Everyone!

As most of you are aware there are Groupon's, and livingsocial deals of the day programs out there in the general public. 

The APMHA has adopted a customized "deals" program to help individual teams fundraise! 

Community Engage is a local business that focuses on offering the Minor Hockey community deals that focus on hockey or family with 12.5% of each purchase going back to your team. 

No other costs - no other catch!  For every "deal" that someone purchases - 12.5% comes back to your team!

How does this work? 

Simple.  I will be sending each Head Coach and Team Manager their team's customized link.  In turn the Head Coach and or Team Manager would need to register your team.  Then the link will be distrubuted to the parents to share with family and friends.

• Pay $20 for $45 off a composite hockey stick purchase at any of the Ottawa area Play It Again Sports locations. You can buy up to 2 vouchers.  One voucher per stick purchase. You can redeem the voucher up to April 1st, 2012. Good for regular priced or sale sticks.

• Pay $10 for a $20 voucher for The Barley Mow restaurants/pubs.  4 locations to choose from. You can buy up to 4 vouchers.  One voucher can be used for every 2 people dining. You can redeem anytime from Jan 22nd to March 22nd.  

• HALF PRICE for a NHL Style Lab Assessment, Movement Screening and High Performance Consultation.  Through years of working with North Americas best athletes, the PEAK Centre has developed a series of sport specific testing and training models guaranteed to take your performance to the next level.

The Minor Hockey Deals site offers a new deal every week with at least a 50% discount PLUS 12.5% percent goes back to your child's team as well (easy fundraising).

Even if you feel your team does not require any additional funds - the monies raised from this program can be money returned back to parents for tournament fees or the team can make a donation to a local charity.
