Missed the in-person early bird registration date?

Print and complete the registration form. Send it, along with any supporting documentation required and a cheque for payment in full to be post-dated no later than June 30, 2011 to the following address:

Mail must be post-marked prior to June 30 to qualify for early-bird rate.

 

All registrations after June 30th must be paid in full if paying by cheque and registration must be post-marked by August 15th in order to guarantee a spot. 

 

Any registrations received without full payment will be deemed incomplete and will not be processed. 

 

All registrations received after August 15th will be placed on a waiting list.
