In Person Registration 2011/2012

 In Person Registration for the 2011/2012 hockey season will take place on Saturday, June 11 between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm at the Almonte Library. 
This is the only time for parents wishing to pay by cash or cheque to take advantage of the earlybird rate. Payment will be accepted in one installment but cheque may be post-dated until June 30, 20011.
New players and returning players who have changed address since last year should bring a copy of proof of residency (copy of a utility bill - something with parent's name and address on it). New players should also bring a copy of their birth certificate or passport to show proof of age.
