APMHA - Trainer of the Year Recognition Award!!!

The Award Selection Criteria are as follows:

1.       Recipient has completed and is a participant or instructor in the Hockey Trainers Certification Program.

2.       Abides by the Hockey Trainers Certification Program Code of Ethics.

3.       Advocates safety for all participants and embodies the values of enjoyment, fair play, sportsmanship, education and integrity in the game of Hockey.

4.       Achievements outside of the Hockey Trainers Certification Program, i.e. CPR, First Aid, or other educational programs.

5.       Recipient of other recognition awards.

6.       Letters of recommendation – teams, employers, parents, players.

 Please submit candidate nominations with supporting information to APMHA President by April 3rd to president@apmha.org

The APMHA Executive will review the submissions and select a recipient who will be identified at the APMHA AGM (Saturday April 6th - 1:00 pm Almonte Old Town Hall).
