Thunder Platoon - First Mission Complete !

those being:

2) Get goals =
3) WIN. 
This approach was communicated with the kids whom actively participated in setting our short, medium and long term goals.  With this team concept approach to achieving our goals/missions utilizing the acronym “TEAM” - Together Everyone Achieving Missions,  Thunder Platoon played exceptionally well this past Saturday during our Home Tournament.

The TEAM , using both their hockey and life skills of playing together, playing their positions, fore checking, back checking, skating hard, controlling the puck, believing in themselves, believing in the team, playing with heart, playing with determination, supporting each other and staying focused, won a thrilling 11th round shoot-out to advance to the B Side Finals.  Our parents played a large role as well in encouraging, cheering and congratulating our kids on a job well done.  This made for an enjoyable experience and undoubtedly will not be forgotten for some time.  The coaches hugging on the bench surely will not be forgotten either.  LOL

It was a joy to see our team's-kid's vision of team work, sportsmanship, respect (for oneself and team mates), leadership, commitment, dedication, selflessness, focus, belief, and hustle come to life in one glorious moment.  Congratulations TEAM! 

May the TEAM continue to grow and develop as we keep our New Year’s commitment to our goals -mission. Regardless of the outcomes, "FUN is the focus"!
