As the 2023-2024 hockey season is wrapping up, your APMHA executive is asking for your help with a few year end award nominations. We are asking for nominations for the following:
1) Coach of the Year 2) Trainer of the Year 3) Volunteer of the Year 4) Beadman-Ryan Award
Please fill out the attached Google Form with a brief explanation detailing why you believe your nominee should be recognized. The recipients of each award will be recognized at our year end banquet coming up at the beginning of April.
Please fill out the form no later than March 17, 2024.
