Road trip to Stittsville 2

The Thunder looked to get back on the score sheet against Stittsville 2 but early in the game they struck for a quick in the first period.

With the first period behind us the Thunder looked poised to come out strong in the second.  Unfortunalty bad luck struck and the Thunder were penalized for too many men, on which Stittsville 2 capitalized.  They would add 2 more goals on some offensive/defensive breakdowns....dump the puck deep in the other zone...they shouldn't be able to score from there zone....

With few more miscues the Thunder gave up 4 more goals in the 3rd to end the game with an eight goal deficit.   The boys worked hard and did try some of the skills and plays learned in practice.

With Osgoode coming to our house I am looking forward to seeing the boys step up there game and take our game to Osgoode and not let them take control.

All and all very proud of the boys we worked hard and persevered and remember don't let the refereeing dictacte the game....adapt and overcome!!!
