Respect in Sport (RIS)

Respect in Sport (RIS)

As part of the Hockey Canada Guidelines, all IP, Novice and Atom level players must be linked with an RIS-Parent certificate.

Only one parent per player needs to get the certification; however ALL players at these levels MUST have an RIS-Parent certification linked with their profile.
If you have already completed the Respect in Sport – Parent Program and you have a new child playing you will need to login to your account and add the child to the certificate. RIS – Parent

To ensure that we create excellent hockey experiences for our players, parents of players in the HEO (Hockey Eastern Ontario) jurisdiction will be required to complete the Respect in Sport - Parent Program.

This course is offered online. One parent (guardian) of IP or Novice level players MUST complete the course. The course costs $12.00 and MUST be completed by November 1, 2018.
If you have any questions please contact Christine Andersen @ registrar@apmha.org

* * Please note that the APMHA must comply with the HEO regulations. Any IP or Novice player whose parent (guardian) has not completed the course by November 1, 2018 will not be approved on the team roster.

The course can be found at https://heoparent.respectgroupinc.com/
