Annual General Meeting will be held:
April 26, 2017 at 630 PM Almonte Legion – Upper Hall - all members in good standing are welcome to attend.
The following are openings for Executive positions to be voted on at the 2018 AGM. If you are interested in joining the executive of APMHA, please contact any of the current Executive for more details. (executive contact list at the bottom of this article)
The following executive positions will begin and end
on even years and have 2 years remaining on their terms.
1. President
2. Webmaster
3. Tournament Coordinator
4. Director of House Programs
5. Equipment Manager
6. Ice Scheduler
7. Clinic Coordinator

please review information below in order to put your name forth.
Article 8 Elections
- Each candidate for election as a Board of Director shall put their name forward in writing with a nomination from a member of the Association that is in good standing, to the President at least five (5) full calendar days prior to the annual general meeting.
- Nominations will be posted on the website prior to the Annual General Meeting.
- Any person wishing to withdraw or decline nominations may do so by announcing his or her withdrawal at the AGM.
- A candidate may be nominated at the time of the annual meeting if the position is vacant.
