NEEDED: TOURNAMENT COORDINATOR ASAP!!!!!

The Following are nominations for Executive positions to be voted on at the 2017 AGM. If you are interested in joining the executive of APMHA, please contact any of the current Executive for more details.
April 20, 2017 at 630 PM at the Almonte Legion – Upper Hall
The following positions will begin and end on odd years and have 2 years remaining on their terms. 
 

1. Director of Communications  - Darlene Watters will let her name forth for re-election nominated by Maureen Campbell and seconded by Christine Andersen
2. Director of Risk & Disciple  - Chris Benson will let his name stand for re-election nominated by Maureen Campbell and seconded by Darryl MacLeod
3. Director of Operations  - Cory Broome has been nominated by Darlene Watters and seconded by Jamie Dalgity
4. Treasurer  -  Deb Jackson has been nominated by Christine Andersen and seconded by Maureen Campbell
5. Director of Fundraising  - Meaghan Guthrie  has been nominated by Christine Andersen and seconded by Darlene Watters
6. Director of Coach Development   - Richard Dorion has been nominated by Cory Broome and seconded by Maureen Campbell  AND Sean Broderick  has been nominated by Christine Andersen and seconded by Darlene Watters
7. Registrar  - Christine Andersen has been nominated by Darlene Watters and seconded by Kendra Neil

The following positions will begin and end on even years and have 1 years remaining on their terms. 

1. Tournament Coordinator – OPEN
2. Clinic Coordinator – Laura Guthrie has been nominated by Darlene Watters and seconded by Christine Andersen

 
Article 8 Elections
Each candidate for election as a Board of Director shall put their name forward in writing with a nomination from a member of the Association that is in good standing, to the President at least five (5) full calendar days prior to the annual general meeting.

1. Nominations will be posted on the website prior to the Annual General Meeting.
2. Any person wishing to withdraw or decline nominations may do so by announcing his or her withdrawal at the AGM.
3. A candidate may be nominated at the time of the annual meeting if the position is vacant.
