Police Vulnerable Sector Check Evening - October 11

Volunteers requiring a Police Vulnerable Sector Check are strongly encouraged to attend:

 

 

Lanark County OPP and an APMHA executive member will be on site to process Police Vulnerable Sector Checks.

 

The OPP will have members on hand to ensure that all paperwork is completed properly and you are encouraged to bring pre-filled paperwork, available here:

as well as a signed letter from your organization, which can be obtained by emailing our Director of Discipline and Risk at dir.discipline.risk@apmha.org

You will require two pieces of identification, list of acceptable ID and answers to common questions available here.
