APMHA Annual General Meeting - CORRECTION

The APMHA Annual General Meeting will be held Friday April 29th at 6:30 PM at The Almonte Curling Club.  All current members in good standing are invited to attend.

Exectutive Office:
At every AGM we elect our officers for the upcoming season. If you are interested in volunteering for a role, please read the full description in the Constitution and Bylaws (above).

1. Each candidate for election as a Board of Director shall put their name forward in writing with a nomination from a member of the Association that is in good standing, to the President at least five (5) full calendar days prior to the annual general meeting.

Please submit to President@apmha.org by 5:00 PM April 24th, 2016.

The following positions will begin and end on even years and have 2 years remaining on their terms. 
 

1. President  - Shalon Doxsee will let her name forth for re-election nominated by Kim MacLeod and seconded by Darlene Watters
2. Webmaster  - Maureen Campbell will let her name stand for re-election nomnated by Shalon Doxsee and seconded by Kendra Neil
3. Tournament Coordinator  - Cory Broome will let his name stand for re-election nominated by Daryl Doxsee and seconded by Darryl MacLeod
4. Registration Coordinator  - OPEN
5. Director of House Programs  - Daryl Doxsee will let his name stand for re-election nominated by Kendra Neil and seconded by Jamie Dalgity
6. Equipment Manager  - Darryl MacLeod will let his name stand for re-election nominated by Cory Broome and seconded by daryl Doxsee
7. Ice Scheduler  - OPEN
8. Clinic Coordinator - OPEN
