To all APMHA Coaches and Managers
Extract from the District 4 monthly meeting – Nov 11 2008 – Important Information included.
1. ARNPRIOR TOURNAMENT Nov 22 & 23: it is no longer a tournament – D4 Teams are allowed to play exhibition games and only 1 game/team.
2. TEAM COMPOSITION: Teams in LCMHL can dress 18 skaters + 1 goalie for regular league games only. Does not include tournaments or exhibition games.
3. INCIDENT REPORTING: All Teams will be given a warning for first offence of an incident not reported within 24 hours and a $25 fine per incident not reported within 24 hours for the 2nd and any future offences.
4. AFFILIATION QUESTIONS: Please cont act Anne Arnoldi (and include the APMHA registrar) when there is a question regarding affiliation.

Reminder – ODMHA Rule 8d) Minor Aged Players – A minor aged player assigned to a major aged team may affiliate to a higher category minor team for league purposes only within the ODMHA Branch.(These players are not eligible to play in tournaments or exhibition games.)
5. EMERGENCY AND TRAINERS: In emergency situations a trainer that is not on a team list can go on the bench for a game. The Coach should ensure that they have a Speak Out card and a current Trainer card.
6. COACHES WHO WANT TO COACH COMPETITIVE TEAMS NEXT YEAR: District 4 will be setting up a Dev 1 clinic for December 2008. This is a requirement for any Coach of a competitive team. Next season (2009-2010) only coaches that have COMPLETED the Development 1 / Intermediate prior to September 1, 2009 will be acceptable for those positions
7. REPORTING COMPLAINTS: complaints about the league, the schedules, the refs or the teams played must be reported to the APMHA Representative (Darlene Cardiff) and not addressed to the LCMHL president.
