Tax Receipts

Tax receipts are availble on the APMHA website under the "For Parents" tab and Account Info or by clicking HERE.

Competitive Player Tax Receipts:  Please contact the Association your child played for this season.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Enter last name, first name, date of birth and access code (there is a link to retrieve your access code if you dont have it)
2.  Hit submit and you will be taken into your child's account info
3. Click on Tax Receipt Tab
4. Click on the year in the drop box
5. In the list below click on view receipt for the recipt you would like to view
6. The receipt will appear with the option to email to the address associated with the player's acount
7. Check the addresses you would like to send the receipt to and select confirm and email
8. Or you can click print view and print directly from that page.


The APMHA Registrar  will not be providing tax receipts, but is availble to assist with any problems or questions.
