Early bird registration is only availble online at present.
If you are having issues with accessing registration today please contact the Registrar before the deadline.
Please direct any questions regarding registration to our Registrar only - please do not contact any other members of the executive regarding registration.
There will be an opportunity to register in person with regular rates in August and September.
(Early Bird Fees are available only from May 29, 2015 - July 15, 2015 **there are NO exceptions)

** Midget Registration - Placement on an APMHA House Midget Team will only be guranteed to the first 17 players and 2 goalies that complete registration in full and are in good standing, all other players will be placed on a waiting list.
*** Mandtaory Raffle Fees - Player Fees were decreased by $50 ($40 at IP) to allow for the addition of a Fundraising Raffle Program. A mandatory raffle fee will be applied to EVERY member (both competitive and house league players) registered with the APMHA. Raffle tickets will be available for all players in early September to sell and recoup the above cost.

Early Bird Registration Fees

The early bird registration fee will apply from opening of Registration to July 15

There will no exceptions or extensions of this deadline

For parents of children with 3 or more players, the fees for the youngest child will be $100

Late Registration Fees

On July 16th a late fee of $80 is applied to all fees

This fee is non transferrable (please read below under transfers)

Transfers of fees

Any player transferring to a neighboring association must have a completed registration with APMHA prior to transferring

Any player trying out for a competitive team must be registered with APMHA and be a member of good standing prior to try-outs

Full transfer of early bird fee amount minus $25 processing fee will be applied to any player transferring to a competitive team or a neighboring association

Refunds
-
Refund requests must be received in writing and no refunds will be given after December 31st

Refunds will be based on the registration fee less: 1) ODMHA and LCMHL Insurance Fees 2) Admin fee of $25.00 then 3) prorated yearly fee.

Full refund minus $25 processing fee will be given to any player withdrawing before the first scheduled house evaluation session.
