APMHA Annual General Meeting

A reminder of the  APMHA Annual General Meeting will be held Saturday April 25th at 12:00pm downstairs at Moose McGuires (385 Ottawa St, Almonte). All current members in good standing are invited to attend.

Please note, over the Easter weekend, the APMHA Constitution and Bylaws were updated again as an entire document and this year will be voted as such.  The document and its changes can be viewed here.  (Green is to be removed and yellow is additions or changes)

Exectutive Office:
At every AGM we elect our officers for the upcoming season. If you are interested in volunteering for a role, please read the full description in the Constitution and Bylaws. Please submit your interest in writing, along with a nomination from a member in good standing to President@apmha.org by April 19th, 2015.

The following positions are up for election and have 2 years remaining on their term:
1. Director of Communications - Darlene Watters will let her name stand for reelection and has been nominated by Chris Benson
2. Director of Risk and Discipline - Chris Benson will let his name stand for reelection and has been nominated by Daryl Doxsee
3. Director of Operations - Jamie Dalgity has put his name forth for election and has been nominated by Bob Moulton
4. Treasurer - Terra Drummond has put her name forth for reelection and has been nominated by Chris Benson
5. Director of Fundraising - Kendra Neil has put her name forth for election and has been nominated by Chris Benson
6. Director of Coach Development - Kevin McCartney has put his name forth for election and has been nominated by Cory Broome
7. Registrar of Records - Christine Andersen has put her name forth for reelection and has been nominated by Kim MacLeod

The following positions are up for election and have 1 year remaining on their term:
1. Tournament Coordinator - Cory Broome has put his name forth for election and has been nominated by Chris Benson
2. Registration Coordinator - Kim MacLeod has put her name forth for election and has been nominated by Bob Moulton
