District 4 Bulletin: Officials' Dressing Room Access and Post-Game Protocol Reminder, News (Almonte Pakenham Thunder)

In accordance with Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) and Hockey Canada guidelines, we kindly remind all team personnel, parents, and volunteers that access to the officials’ dressing room is strictly prohibited at all times.

Should there be a need for post-game clarification, only the designated head coach or team manager may respectfully request such clarification, and this must occur outside the officials’ dressing room. Please note that officials are not obligated to provide post-game explanations and may do so solely at their discretion, provided the approach is conducted in a professional and courteous manner.

Any concerns or anomalies related to officiating should be formally directed to the appropriate league convenor for review through established channels.
