Conditioning / Sort Out Schedule
The 2025-2026 conditioning and sort out schedule is now available!Please visit the "Conditioning / Sort Outs" tab frequently to
ensure your ice time has not changed.
Conditioning is open to any player registered with APMHA until you are rostered
to another team (i.e. S7 or MTK) – even to those who have paid the $25
competitive tryout fee.
Goalies are welcome to join any session and are encouraged to attend the
scheduled goalie sessions as well.
Conditioning ice is NOT mandatory but please ONLY join
the proper group following the alphabetical list, this refers to your last
name.
