Looking for convenors for the 2014-2015 season for ATOM & PEEWEE

Calling all convenors....We are looking for volunteers for the role of convenors for the upcoming 2014-2015 season.

The role of the convenor is as follows:
a) Responsible for assisting the Director of House Programs with the start-up of the season as per responsibilities described in the Director of Program position
b) Collect all the team information required by the Registration Coordinator and the Registrar of records for the team registration in the Hockey Canada Database (information on Coach and Trainer certification, police check completed, team staff and team staff contact)
c) Collect all pledges forms and publication of information forms and submit to the Director of Discipline and Risks
d) Ensure communications to APMHA team with regards to program related matters and special events.
